Collaborate with other function heads and ensure a platform where cross projects learnings can be captured and shared to make robust project plans. Create standardized reporting mechanisms to capture accurate data at defined intervals across projects. Identify deviations from the scheduled work plan and cash flow plan. Drive analytical insights from the captured data creating a repository of successful strategies in different scenarios.
