Job Description: - Prepare and Serve Beverages: Craft a wide variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks. Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and answer questions regarding the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods. Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit card payments, and providing receipts. Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the caf is clean and well-organized, including workstations, counters, seating areas, and equipment. Follow Recipes: Prepare beverages and food items to exact specifications, following recipes and company standards to maintain consistent quality. Stocking and Inventory: Monitor product stock levels, restock items, and assist with inventory management. Upselling: Suggest additional items or add-ons to enhance the customers experience (e.g., recommending pastries or alternative milk options). Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment, reporting any issues to management for repairs. Adhere to Safety and Health Standards: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including food handling, storage, and cleanliness protocols. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment.
