Role Responsibilities Install and configure Base24 payment systems.Develop and implement software applications to meet client needs.Provide technical support for Base24 applications.Perform system integration tasks with various platforms.Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.Design and execute testing procedures for software applications.Document all system configurations and technical processes.Assist in troubleshooting issues related to Base24 systems.Optimize system performance to ensure reliability.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Participate in training sessions for new staff.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system security.Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing applications. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.Proven experience as a Base24 engineer or similar role.Strong understanding of payment processing systems.Experience with Base24 applications and configurations.Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.Familiarity with software development methodologies.Knowledge of database management systems.Proficient in programming languages such as Java or C++.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Experience with compliance and regulatory standards.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Experience in system documentation and reporting.Willingness to work on-site in India.
