Stay updated with industry trends to produce relevant and impactful content. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's or masters degree in Instructional Design, Communications, or any related field. Proven experience in instructional design and content writing, preferably in the technology domain. Strong knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, RISE, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Synthesia etc.). Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards. Working knowledge of LMS such as Moodle, Talent LMS etc Familiarity with Agile and rapid content development methodologiesExcellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills with attention to detail.
