Job Description

Role & responsibilities Operate and maintain the RMC plant machinery and equipment Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met Coordinate with the production team to schedule concrete pouring Perform regular maintenance on the plant to prevent breakdowns Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the production process Train new plant operators on plant operations and safety procedures Keep detailed records of production output and equipment maintenance Collaborate with quality control teams to address any product defects Preferred candidate profile 7-12 years of experience as RMC Plant Incharge
