Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven BD Manager for Recruitment Client Acquisition to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth in our recruitment services. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition in the recruitment sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research. Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase recruitment solutions to clients. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts to clients. Skills and Qualifications 4-9 years of experience in business development or client acquisition in recruitment or related fields. Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
