About the Company We are a dynamic and growing federal government contracting firm committed to identifying new opportunities and expanding our business development pipeline. About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated BD & Market Research Analyst (Federal) to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, analyzing industry trends, supporting proposal efforts, and expanding our business development pipeline using top-tier government databases and market intelligence tools. Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market research and analysis focused on federal government contracting opportunities. Identify and qualify leads (RFI/RFP/RFQ) within target agencies and departments. Track industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving federal regulations. Leverage research tools such as SAM.gov, eBuy, GovWin, OS AI, G2Xchange, and CRM platforms to manage insights and opportunities. Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations based on research findings and strategic recommendations. Collaborate with business development teams to provide competitive analysis and market intelligence. Interview domain experts to draft proposal sections and support proposal development activities. Assist in coordination, writing, and execution of marketing and communications campaigns to promote corporate capabilities. Support process improvement initiatives for market research and marketing workflows. Identify and coordinate with potential teaming partners based on project requirements. Reach out to Government Points of Contact (POCs) to gain insight into upcoming captures. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in market research, business development, or a related role (preferably in the federal space). Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interviewing and presentation experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM systems and federal market research tools is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
