Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Night Shift Location: Delhi, India Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives Experience: Freshers welcome Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives to join our team for the night shift at our Delhi office. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers looking to build a rewarding career in sales and client relationship management with a focus on international markets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads through online research, calls, emails, and networking Pitch products/services to potential clients (mainly international) and schedule meetings Build and maintain strong client relationships Meet and exceed assigned targets and KPIs Maintain records of all client interactions in CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Willingness to work night shifts (to cater to international clients) Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM tools) Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven Working Hours: Night Shift (Exact timing will be shared during the interview process) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Location: Delhi, Delhi (Required) Shift availability: Night Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
