Role & responsibility A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue. The role involves lead generation, market research, sales, and strategy execution to expand the companys presence. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, and networking. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients. Utilize social media, online platforms, and referrals for lead generation. 2. Sales & Revenue Growth Promote products/services to prospective customers and close deals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth. 3. Market Research & Analysis Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Monitor competitor activities and identify business opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations for business expansion. 4. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Address customer concerns and provide after-sales support. 5. Business Strategy & Expansion Work with senior management to develop business growth strategies. Identify potential markets for expansion and new revenue streams. Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies.
