Role & Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client referrals, and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective business development strategies Conduct thorough analysis of potential clients, industries, and market trends to identify key opportunities Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and terms with clients Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt strategies accordingly. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities to the management team. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the business development team.
