Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets in the Dermatology Division. Drive primary and secondary sales through effective planning and execution. Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach. Marketing & Brand Promotion: Execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns in alignment with division goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and digital content. Organize CMEs, RTMs, and other marketing initiatives to engage key opinion leaders. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and emerging market trends. Conduct regular market visits to understand field dynamics and customer needs. Provide feedback for product development and improvement. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, distributors, and key stakeholders. Address customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels. Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with field force, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Provide timely MIS and reports to management on sales performance, market analysis, and field activities. Candidate Profile: Graduate in Science or Pharmacy is mandatory. 36 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, preferably in dermatology or related segments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
