Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Manage and nurture existing business accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives to expand business and increase revenue. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless delivery of services. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery, maintaining a high level of operational efficiency. Utilize CRM systems to manage client data, track sales progress, and ensure the timely follow-up on all opportunities. Analyze and manage account-related data, spreadsheets, and reports to monitor performance, trends, and actionable insights. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and providing tailored solutions. Proactively monitor client satisfaction, identifying potential issues and implementing timely corrective actions to maintain a positive relationship. Required travel 50 to 60% for client meetings across PAN India. Qualification : Minimum 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, with a proven track record of managing business accounts based at Bangalore location. Bachelors degree related engineering field, with a strong understanding of client needs in technical or engineering sectors. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
