Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Should have done client acquisition for a BPO whether domestic or international. • Candidate should be able to write agreements / portfolio for the BPO process. • He has to get clients for a new start up BPO branch. Identify and acquire new BPO clients for voice, non-voice, and blended processes. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals to expand the company's BPO portfolio. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in BPO.
