The Sales Coordinators will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, managing client interactions, and ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes. This position requires someone with a strong background in engineering and a high level of organizational skills. Responsibilities: Coordinate the daily activities and schedules of the sales team. Manage and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery to clients. Assist with customer communications, providing regular updates on order status and resolving any issues. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy. Prepare regular sales reports and assist in setting sales targets and forecasts. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts. Handle sales documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and accurate.
