Job Title: Beauty Content Creator Intern Location: Remote/Freelancing/Part time Duration: 3 months. (Possibility of extension) Stipend: 3000-5000/month. Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate Beauty Content Creator Intern (Female candidate preferred) who can create engaging, insightful, and visually appealing content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and build a community. This internship offers hands-on experience in beauty content development, brand storytelling, and audience engagement, community building within the D2C beauty space. Key Responsibilities: Create original beauty-related content — posts, reels , stories, pins, and articles — aligned with xGloe’s mission and goal. Research trending beauty topics, skincare science, and product innovations to produce informative and authentic content. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas that drive engagement and brand awareness. Lead & execute end to end photo/video shoots and editing for social media content. Monitor social media trends, competitor content, and audience feedback to optimize content strategy. Support with caption writing, hashtag research, and scheduling posts. Candidate Profile: Female candidate preferred. (due to brand tone and target audience alignment). Passionate about beauty, skincare, and personal care industry with a keen interest. Own content creation tools such as a smartphone with a good camera and basic editing apps. Comfortable being on camera — confident in shooting videos or reels themselves. Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, InShot, or similar tools). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Communications, Marketing, Beauty Science, or related fields is a plus. Strong communication and creative writing skills with ability to simplify complex beauty concepts. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and content formats (posts, reels, stories).
