Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, and engineering to define and prioritize product features and improvements. Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement. Support the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests to evaluate product changes and optimize product features/user experiences. Collaborate with product managers to define product Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and measure the effectiveness of product features, enhancements, and releases.
