Tool Design Specialization Aerospace Tooling Design Jigs & Fixtures experience (Milling, Turning, Assembly, etc.) CAD Tool: CATIA V5 (3D modeling, 2D detailing, Assembly, GSD) Experience on Gated review of Tool design (Concept design to Final design and drawings) Tool Prove-out (FAI) experience GD&T Tolerance Stack-up analysis Good with Design for Manufacture principles Principles of Jigs & Fixture design (3-2-1, etc.) Good in Speaking & Written English language Ability to present Design in Presentation format to various stakeholders Ability to stretch, if required per the manufacturing schedule, when required.
