Role & responsibilities Utilize your experience in Bench Sales to maintain and grow relationships with white vendors, tier-1 vendors, and consultants. Interact effectively with H1B, EAD, and OPT consultants to understand their requirements and facilitate placements. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including profile submission, rate negotiations, and follow-up to ensure successful placements. Demonstrate knowledge of different employment types such as W2, Corp to Corp, and 1099. Utilize job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and social media platforms to identify potential candidates and opportunities. Negotiate rates, close deals, and coordinate interviews between consultants and clients. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants. Keep track of interviews, submissions, and placement statistics. Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients and consultants.
