Denken Solutions Inc is looking for Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Identify potential contract opportunities for IT consultants who are on the bench or between assignments Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including staffing agencies, consulting firms, and direct clients Actively market and promote available consultants to prospective clients to secure new contract placements Negotiate contract terms, rates, and other terms and conditions with clients to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements and match consultants to suitable opportunities Maintain a database of consultants' skills, availability, and preferences to facilitate efficient matching with client needs Stay informed about market trends, client needs, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to promote brand awareness and generate business leads
