The successful candidate will be responsible for the marketing and management of candidates on the bench for contract or fulltime opportunities. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter. (not mandatory for freshers) Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
