Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Bench Candidates Work with OPT, H1B, GC, EAD, and US Citizen consultants on the bench. Identify and market candidates for contract, contract-to-hire (C2C, C2H). Reach out to tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, direct clients. Utilize job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and CareerBuilder for candidate placement. 2. Relationship Building & Vendor Management Develop strong relationships with vendors and direct clients for new job requirements. Work with recruiters and account managers to understand client needs and job descriptions. Maintain and expand the vendor network for better job submissions. 3. Negotiation & Submission Process Negotiate bill rates, contract terms, and salaries with clients and vendors. Coordinate interviews, rate discussions, and offer negotiations. Ensure compliance with US immigration policies (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.) during submissions. 4. Resume Formatting & Submission Edit and customize consultant resumes per job requirements. Prepare cover letters and detailed submissions for job applications. Track all submissions and follow up on interview schedules and feedback. 5. Lead Generation & Business Development Identify and generate new business opportunities with clients and vendors. Work closely with Bench Candidates to proactively find opportunities. Maintain a strong database of available candidates and contacts. 6. Communication & Coordination Work in US time zones (EST/PST/CST) to align with clients and vendors. Keep candidates updated on job market trends and requirements. Maintain detailed records of candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.
