We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in marketing IT consultants (H1B, H4-EAD, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.) and be highly proficient in working with US and Canada-based clients and vendors. Role & responsibilities Market and place consultants (bench candidates) for contract positions with prime vendors or direct clients in the US and Canada. Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and vendors. Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients effectively. Regularly update the internal database and submission trackers. Coordinate interviews, follow up with clients, and close positions. Maintain strong working knowledge of visa categories and current trends in the US staffing market. Key Skills Required: 1+ years of proven experience in US and CANADA IT Bench Sales Recruiting. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Proficient in using Job Portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.). Experience with Vendor Portals and ATS tools . Must be able to work in Night Shift (EST Time Zone) . Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent.
