1 Report to assign work cell on time as per shift schedule. 2 Make all inspection reports on day-to-day basis 3 Supervise the final inspection of finished product ( Visual / Dimensional/PMI ) 4 Supervise the Green inspection of Rough product ( Visual / Dimensional/PMI ) 5 Ensure entry of final inspection and Green Inspection results in SAP on daily basis. 6 To check for visual defects for 100% finish flanges e.g. Dent, scratches, Cracks, marking, surface finish etc at Final inspection 7 To check for visual defects for 100% Rough flanges e.g. unfilling, Cracks,Mismatch, Scale pits etc. at GI and Hot Inspection 8 To check Forging drawing as per given Forging WO 9 To check Machining drawing as per given Machining WO 10 To check material & heat number on rough flange as per given WO 11 To check dimensions as per first piece approval check sheet by using measuring instruments e.g. Vernier caliper at inline inspection/Hot Inspection and report to the operator/supervisor if any abnormality/non-conformance in product. 12 To follow the QAP plan and Procedures for Inspection of Flanges. 13 To carry out 100% RM inspection (visual ,Colour and PMI) at Raw matreial yard. 14 To maintain WO and Colour code on Rough Flanges on palattes for proper identification and traceability. 15 To decide whether the flanges at GI of the Wo required OD/ID,Grinding, Heat treatment & ensure Proper material movement . 16 To carry out 100% PMI on flanges at GI and FI and maintain PMI records. 17 Proper movement of Material With WO from FI to packing and GI to Rough Stock

Role & responsibilities:- Daily production planning for machine shop & Incoming/Free Rough stock allocation as per line items. Ensure free Finish stock should not be generated. Preparing daily Machining plan & upload in SAP for 2days (If Sufficent load is not available for particular Equipment inform same to Maintenance department to plan PM Activities) Coordination with Rough stock team & M/C shop team for production Distribute machine wise load. Release of MWO on the basis of due SO line items. Co-ordination with machine shop after production for transfer of material to quality. Shuffling of plan as per container. Clubbing of Work orders for utilising Set Ups/ Type Changes If rejection occurs in the process we remove WO from the stock available or if not we co-ordinate with forging planning team to reforge it. Review of customer pending orders. Status of Pending Work Orders Open for Turning, Drilling & Final inspection and follow up for closing work orders as per FIFO Ensure delivery of orders within committed time. Ensure Finish stock availability for material included in packing list of dispatch plan. For outsource job work, machining WO created in system and indent is done on bases of that. After receiving material of job work we coordinate with quality team for for inspection. LOD machining planning on the bases of SO. For Muratec machines ensure Rough Stock availability in 3 days advance Execution of Jobwork machining material from vendors Ensure free Finish stock should not be generated Preferred candidate profile : Perks and benefits
