Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, specializing in Wealth/HNI/Private Banking recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the wealth management industry, focusing on High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Private Banking professionals. Location : Remote, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Create effective recruitment plans to attract top talent in the wealth management industry, focusing on HNIs and Private Banking professionals. 2. Source and attract candidates: Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to attract high-caliber candidates. 3. Build relationships with stakeholders: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, wealth management professionals, and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. 4. Conduct interviews and assessments: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for wealth management roles, using various assessment tools and techniques. 5. Manage candidate experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining open communication and providing timely updates. 6. Collaborate with the talent acquisition team: Work closely with the talent acquisition team to share best practices, leverage resources, and achieve recruitment goals. 7. Maintain market knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments in the wealth management sector. Requirements: 1. 1+ years of recruitment experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the wealth management or financial services industry. 2. Wealth management industry knowledge: Strong understanding of the wealth management industry, including HNIs and Private Banking. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and other recruitment professionals.
