Banking and FundraisingForge strong partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for raising project financing, working capital, and debt. Drive capital-raising initiatives, including private equity, bond issuance, structured finance, and foreign direct investment.Lead negotiations for favourable terms for project loans, refinancing, and credit facilities.Manage investor relations and ensure compliance with funding covenants.3. Accounting & Financial ReportingManage the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.Oversee internal controls and financial audits, ensuring adherence to corporate governance norms.4. Treasury and Cash Flow ManagementDesign and manage cash flow strategies to ensure liquidity and financial stability across projects.Optimize treasury operations, ensuring effective utilization of surplus funds, hedging mechanisms, and forex management.Ensure financial stability, optimize resource allocation, and drive profitability while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Monitor and mitigate risks associated with funding delays, currency fluctuations, and interest rates.5.
