Interview Coordination & SelectionArrange and facilitate interviews (phone, video, or in-person).Gather feedback from interviewers and manage the selection process.Assist in decision-making and ensure the best candidate is selected.4. Offer Management & NegotiationExtend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates.Ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with HR and other departments.5. Employer Branding & Candidate ExperienceRepresent the company positively and enhance employer branding.Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.6. Recruitment Strategy & ReportingTrack and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).Suggest improvements to optimize hiring processes and strategies.Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
