Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance Management:Oversee and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) functions for automotive components manufacturing.Lead the implementation of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis), and SPC (Statistical Process Control) across manufacturing processes.Problem Solving & Quality Issue Resolution:Lead the 8D (Eight Disciplines) methodology to address quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Ensure that all quality problems are effectively addressed, documented, and resolved in a timely manner.Experience in HPDC / Press Shop:Utilize knowledge of HPDC (High-Pressure Die Casting) and Press Shop operations to ensure quality control throughout production processes.Implement and monitor quality checks in both HPDC and press shop processes to guarantee high-quality outcomes.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to drive quality improvements.Ensure that quality standards are consistently met during the design, manufacturing, and testing phases.Continuous Improvement & Reporting:Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.Prepare regular quality reports to be presented to senior management, including performance metrics, quality issues, and improvement initiatives.Qualifications & Skills:Required:Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the automotive industry.Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, and SPC.Hands-on experience in performing 8D problem-solving and addressing quality issues.Experience in HPDC (High-Pressure Die Casting) and Press Shop operations.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis for quality control.Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies used in the automotive industry.Preferred:Experience working in auto components manufacturing and a strong understanding of automotive quality standards.Ability to lead a team and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.Why Join Us?Be a part of a leading company in the auto components manufacturing industry.Opportunity for career growth and advancement.Work in a collaborative and dynamic environment focused on quality excellence.Competitive salary package based on experience.
