About Company: Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) is a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) conceptualized system which offers integrated, accessible, and interoperable bill payment services to consumers across geographies with certainty, reliability, and safety of transactions. It offers bill payment services to consumers through network of agents/retail shops/bank-branches and digital channels like Internet banking of banks, Mobile app of banks etc. allowing multiple payment modes like Card, UPI, AePS, Wallet, Cash and provides instant confirmation. It will facilitate a less cash society through migration of bill payments from cash to electronic channel. Role & responsibilities Coordinating with Banks' SPOC on BOU / COU side as L1 (First point of contact) for service-related issues. Resolving Bank's BBPS service-related issues / query resolution / specific requirement • Coordinating with banks for CMS / DMS resolution. Coordinating with BBPS Ops team for smooth & timely issue / query resolution. Coordinating with the compliance team and ensuring 100% compliance of OUs as per BBPS's set parameters. Facilitating processes like new biller onboarding, new product launch etc. Sharing the process notes, approach notes, following up with OUs for delivery within defined timelines. Coordinating with internal BBPS team & bank on performance report - setting expectation and ensuring delivery. Sharing the detailed process as per compliance requirement and ensuring the same is complied with. Coordinating with Banks & Certification team for various certification requirements by the banks. Setting up periodic recurring cadence calls with OUs to discuss and address existing pending issues as well as set NBBLs requirements with the Banks, to ensure its implementation within timelines etc. Regular performance review with Banks on broad business/service parameter
