Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.Proactively reach out to potential clients and schedule property viewings.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service. Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties.Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing.Property Showings & Presentations: Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits.Effectively communicate property information and address client inquiries.Utilize virtual tours and other digital tools to enhance property presentations.Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.Market Knowledge & Reporting: Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.Preferred candidate profile Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of the local real estate market.Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.Professional appearance and demeanor.Bachelors degree preferred.Strong Digital literacy.Perks and benefits Competitive base salary and commission structure.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Comprehensive training and development programs.Company-provided marketing materials and sales tools.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Access to industry events and networking opportunities.Flexible work arrangements.
