• Data Visualization: Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using QlikSense to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner. • Data Analysis : Work closely with business stakeholders and data analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into effective visualizations that support data-driven decision-making. • Data Integration : Gather, cleanse, and integrate data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy for reporting and analytics purposes. • Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain a library of interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. • Performance Optimization: Optimize dashboard performance and data queries to ensure fast and efficient data retrieval and visualization. • Data Modeling : Design and implement data models and data structures to support efficient data visualization and reporting processes. • User Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users on QlikSense tools, enabling them to navigate and interact with dashboards effectively. • Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand data requirements and align business needs with BI solutions. • Data Security and Governance : Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies to safeguard sensitive information and maintain data integrity. • Stay Up-to-date : Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in data visualization and BI tools to continuously enhance and improve BI solutions. • Qlik Sense Proficiency : Strong proficiency in Qlik Sense, including data preparation, dashboard design, and complex calculations using formulas and scripts. • Data Analysis : Solid understanding of data analysis concepts and the ability to work with complex datasets to extract valuable insights. • SQL Knowledge: Proficient in SQL to perform data querying and manipulation. • Data Visualization Best Practices : Familiarity with data visualization best practices and principles, including color theory, chart types, and user experience (UX) design. • Data Integration : Experience with data integration and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. • Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and findings to stakeholders. • Problem-solving : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find innovative solutions to business challenges through data visualization. • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment. • Analytical Thinking : Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
