Position: Bid Manager Location: Andheri, Mumbai Your responsibilities as a Bid Manager: Lead the full lifecycle of bid development, from initial opportunity qualification to submission, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Create and manage tailored, client-centric proposals and RFP responses, showcasing the companys cybersecurity expertise and value proposition. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, delivery, and leadership) to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment with client needs. Liaise with clients to clarify their requirements, address queries, and ensure alignment with proposed solutions. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to tailor proposals for a competitive edge. Ensure all bid submissions comply with legal, financial, and company policies while addressing potential risks effectively. Maintain an organized repository of bid templates, client responses, and feedback to improve future submissions. Analyse feedback on submitted bids to identify strengths and areas for improvement, contributing to process enhancements. Skillsets we require: Strong understanding of IT services and solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create persuasive content. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines. Analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy in proposal submissions. Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Pedigree and Experience: MBA/ Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or related roles, preferably within the IT sector. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tools like CRM or proposal management software. Knowledge of tender processes and government or enterprise RFPs is desirable.
