Role: Bid Executive Experience: 3 plus years Location: Udaipur Education: Bsc-IT/Btech/MBA/BBA This role is responsible for the creation and delivery of high-quality bids and proposals for new business opportunities. This includes coordinating input from various teams, ensuring timely submissions, and maintaining consistency across documents while adhering to the client’s requirements Roles and Responsibilities Identify and evaluate tender opportunities aligned with the organization’s strategic goals Plan and manage the proposal process, ensuring all documentation is prepared and organized according to requirements Prepare and deliver technical presentations that effectively communicate the solution and value proposition Prepare financial bid documents, including cost structures and pricing strategies Engage with clients for pre-bid clarifications and to gather additional information as needed Ensure accurate and timely submission of bid documents in accordance with client specifications Maintain comprehensive records of the bid process and prepare reports on bid performance and outcomes Manage relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for relevant components or services Handle relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring that they meet the requirements for the bid Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards Show more Show less
