Job Description

Require experienced Billing engineer having total experience of around 12 to 15 years, out of which minimum 50% experience must be in Execution of Civil + Finishing + MEP Works & the rest 50% experience must be in Quantity Surveying, Bill preparation including Joint measurements at Site, MB recording, Bill Verification at Site & H.O., Site Checking of MB, Checking of Quality & Statutory Compliance, Material Reconciliation, Debit/Credit Notes & other Billing Documents within Stipulated TAT. Candidate must have thorough knowledge of Work Order clauses & its Interpretation, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Scrutiny of Accounts Ledger, Final Bills Settlement & getting Contract Closure documents signed off. Candidate must be experienced enough in Participating & Conducting Audit of Billing documents at a regular interval. Candidate must be capable of Training & Educating Contractors & Engineering Staff at Site regarding Billing Process & documentation both manual as well as in system. Candidate must have adequate experience in SAP, BIM, MS Project & must possess Good Communication as well as Presentation Skills. Qualification: BE (Civil).
