Key Responsibilities: · Preference: Relevant experience and Industry only*. · Planning and Execution of works as per design and drawings. · Site inspection supervision, Organizing and coordination of site activities. · Preparing Layout of the site as per drawing. · Estimation of material quantity. · Preparation of BOQ, Labor and manpower management. · Operating the Dumpy level etc. · Brick work, Plastering, Flooring (Granite, Stone, Vitrified & Ceramic Tile). · Controlling the quality and wastage of materials.
