Job Description: Billing Engineer Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years Key Responsibilities: Prepare and verify bills, RA bills as per contract terms. Ensure timely submission and certification of bills with proper documentation. Quantity estimation and material reconciliation as per site execution. Coordinate with project teams and clients for billing approvals and clarifications. Maintain accurate records of work measurements and billing documentation. Cross-check measurements and rates with BOQ and work orders. Assist in cost control, budget tracking, and cash flow projections. Prepare reports on billing status, pending bills, and payments. Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and contract billing procedures. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additional Requirement: Willingness to travel and stay at project sites across India for extended periods. Flexibility to relocate frequently based on project requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Experience in infrastructure, construction, or railway projects.
