We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Coordinator to join our team at Nymbioz Biotech Pvt Ltd in JP Nagar, Bangalore . This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, maintaining clear records, and coordinating with both internal teams and clients regarding invoices and payments. Key Responsibilities: Generate accurate invoices based on sales orders, delivery notes, or contracts. Track billing schedules and ensure timely submission to clients. Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams to verify billing information. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments. Maintain billing records, documentation, and customer billing data. Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client queries professionally. Assist with periodic financial reporting related to billing and collections. Job Requirements: Minimum qualification: B.Com / BBA or equivalent . 1–2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts coordination. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting software. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
