Job description Job Location : Worli, Mumbai Company Name : M I A Construction Pvt Ltd Position Name : Billing Engineer-Civil Job Profile: Billing Engineer We are looking for a Billing Engineer to handle the preparation and submission of accurate billing documents for construction or engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of project costs, contract details, and billing processes. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working on CPWD projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender. Prepare Rate Analysis of items as per DAR. Prepare & process subcontractor bills To take the measurement from the site. To get work done as per the protocol of the company To follow up on the accounts department for payment To follow up department offices for billing or other purposes. Review the quantities item listed Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors Checking measurements Bill certification Should have sound knowledge of IS Codes,DSR, Specifications and other CPWD publication Should be good in MS Excel and MS word Preparing reconciliation statements Should have worked in CPWD Project Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. Proven 5 years minimum experience in billing of construction projects Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
