Role & responsibilities Prepare and review contractor bills, ensuring accuracy as per work orders and agreements. Conduct quantity estimation, cost analysis, and material reconciliation for construction projects. Verify work measurements on-site and certify contractor/vendor bills accordingly. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors for smooth billing and documentation. Monitor project budgets, cost variations, and maintain cost-control records. Prepare rate analysis, BOQs, and assist in contract negotiations. Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and regulatory requirements. Maintain and update project-wise billing reports and payment tracking systems. Assist in preparing project cost forecasts and financial reports for management. Support audits, dispute resolution, and final settlement of contractor accounts. Preferred candidate profile Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
