Work Location: Kanha Shanti Vanam, Hyderabad https://g.co/kgs/4EiMgu Job Summary: The Billing Executive is responsible for managing the billing operations of the Nursery Plantation. This includes preparing invoices, handling customer queries, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining records of all billing transactions. The role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle billing tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Invoice Preparation: Generate and issue invoices to customers based on sales and service agreements. Ensure invoices are accurate and reflect the correct amounts, discounts, taxes, and other applicable charges. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any discrepancies in billing. Payment Processing: Monitor and track customer payments and ensure timely receipt. Reconcile payments with outstanding invoices and update records accordingly. Prepare and send payment reminders to customers with overdue accounts. Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries related to billing, providing prompt and accurate responses. Resolve billing issues and disputes in a professional and customer-friendly manner. Maintain positive relationships with customers and address any concerns they may have regarding their bills. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing transactions. Prepare regular billing reports for management, including outstanding accounts, revenue, and payment status. Assist in preparing financial statements by providing relevant billing information. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure smooth billing operations. Coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues related to billing, contracts, or customer accounts. Support the finance team in other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-4 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or a similar finance-related role. Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in processing billing information. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Preferred: Experience in a similar industry or sector. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (Zoho App). Knowledge of taxation and relevant financial regulations. Work Environment: The role is typically office-based with standard working hours. May require occasional overtime to meet billing deadlines or resolve urgent issues.
