The Opportunity: ECI has an exciting opportunity for a Billing Specialist , who is responsible for tasks revolving monthly billing with vendors, customers, and internal teams. The Billing Specialist will work closely with the Finance, Client Success, and Operations teams to research and assist with client accounts and audits. The Billing Specialist should be accurate and reliable in handling accounts and documents in order to contribute to the accurate preparation of monthly billing. This is an onsite role. What you will do: Responsible for translating monthly vendor invoices and data feeds into invoices for customers on time Manage In-Service/Recurring Service Start Dates across all product lines Reviewed new deals/system settings to ensure proper billing is established in Business Systems Research/resolve billing inquiries, and assist with client account reconciliation Work closely with both Finance, Client Success, Operations and other departments to ensure billing accuracy Respond in a timely manner to sales, client and internal inquiries, and assist with quarterly audits when necessary Occasional Ad-hoc project requested by management. Who you are: 2+ years’ billing experience Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrable attention to detail Demonstrated ability to review and interpret contracts as it relates to billing details Strong communication skills (written/oral) Must be able to multi-task, work independently and adhere to strict deadlines ECI’s culture is all about connection – connection with our clients, our technology and most importantly with each other.
