Designation : Billing Supervisor (Team Lead Level) - Medical Billing Experience: 3+ years of experience in medical billing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role. Qualification: Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field (preferred). Description - Strong understanding of healthcare billing guidelines, payer policies, and reimbursement methodologies. Proficiency in billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Supervise and guide a team of billing specialists to ensure claims are processed accurately and timely. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions to meet targets. Ensure compliance with payer policies, government regulations, and company billing guidelines. Address claim denials, rejections, and payment discrepancies efficiently. Collaborate with other RCM departments such as coding and accounts receivable to streamline operations. Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for billing staff. Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and areas of improvement. Resolve escalated billing issues and communicate with payers as needed.
