For you to be the best fit for this role, we expect you to have a sound knowledge or have an inclination towards income tax. That includes taxation of Salary, capital gains - RSUs, ESOPS, listed and unlisted equities, taxation of income from house properties, Cryptos, IOS, and so on.We are looking for a Tax Advisor who can prepare tax workings and compile the documents timely and diligently. You should have an ability to work on multiple client tasks simultaneously and complete the submissions within the deadlines.The role will evolve and offer an opportunity to interact with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) clients and plan their income tax.Key Responsibilities:1. Helping HNI clients for income tax advisory and compliance:- Coordinate and prepare income tax returns for HNI clients and their family members, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimization of tax liabilities.- Conceptualize tax planning strategies to minimize tax exposure while undertaking clients tax related tasks.- Proactively helping clients in computing their advance tax on quarterly basis.- Assisting clients in timely and accurate filing of various forms like 15CA,15CB, 26QB etc.- Stay informed about changes in tax legislation, case laws, and administrative practices to advise clients effectively.2. Reporting and Coordination:- Quick and real-time turnaround on tasks assigned by your Reporting Manager- Validation of tax opinion with your reporting manager- Ability to work with cross functional teams to complete the client deliverables- Clear and concise reporting of tasks to your reporting manager- High ethical standards with a commitment to confidentiality.Please note that you should be located in Pune.
