Utilize 4D BIM tools to integrate time-related information into the BIM model, creating detailed construction schedules and simulations. Incorporate 5D BIM tools to manage cost data, provide accurate cost estimates, track budgets, and analyze design changes financial impacts. Model Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive MEP models, ensuring they are accurate and reflect the latest design changes and project developments. Oversee the integration of MEP systems into the overall project model. Project Coordination: Facilitate coordination meetings with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve MEP-related issues and ensure effective integration. Align MEP activities with the overall construction timeline and project requirements. Scheduling and Planning: Create and manage construction simulations and schedules using 4D BIM tools, identifying potential delays and developing mitigation strategies. Collaborate with project managers to ensure synchronization of MEP activities with the project timeline. Cost Management: Track and manage project costs using 5D BIM tools, providing cost estimates, monitoring expenditures, and optimizing financial performance. Participate in value engineering and cost optimization efforts. Quality Assurance and Control: Monitor the quality and accuracy of MEP models and data, conducting reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project standards. Implement quality control measures to address and resolve issues. Reporting and Documentation: Generate and maintain reports related to construction schedules, costs, and project progress. Document and communicate updates, issues, and resolutions to project stakeholders. Technology and Tools: Utilize advanced BIM software and tools (e.g., Navisworks, Synchro, Vico Office) for 4D and 5D modeling. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology. Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on 4D and 5D BIM processes and tools. Ensure proficiency and understanding of BIM software and its impact on project management. Compliance and Standards: Ensure all modeling and coordination activities adhere to relevant standards and best practices. Comply with project-specific requirements and guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 6-7 years of experience in MEP coordination with expertise in 4D and 5D BIM. Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, Synchro, Vico Office). Strong understanding of MEP systems, design principles, and project management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. On-site presence in Pune is required.
