Role & responsibilities Prepare and implement project BIM execution plan, BIM Goals and uses, BIM responsibility matrix Identify BIM deliverables and timelines Act as single point of contact for project level BIM implementation and ensure that the BIM deliverables are being provided in a form suitable to the project needs Create project standards based on GPL standards and lead project level BIM implementation Establish projects on BIM360/ ACC for data management and live collaboration Lead periodic review meetings on project progress and discuss coordination issues Prepare periodic progress & performance reports Review and coordinate ASMEP BIM models on regular basis Run clash detection in software such as Navisworks and get them resolved from ASMEPL consultants Ensure quality control for BIM Flag constraints and clear bottlenecks in a timely manner Prepare formwork models and BIM booklets Preferred candidate profile - Implement BIM workflow in project Provide technical support to project team whenever required Ensure the compliance to the guidelines by consultants throughout the project duration Perks and benefits
