Job Description

Role & responsibilities The incumbent will be part of CPG's M&E Division in Bangalore taking the role of design and production of Mechanical drawings in Revit, AutoCAD and similar applications for various building projects as required. He / She will work with other Design Engineers and perform Revit modelling and design calculations in coordination with our team in Singapore. Design and Modelling of Mechanical services for ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing Water, Sanitary Drainage, Gas system, etc. Carry out engineering and modelling of external utility services including existing/new works of water, sanitary systems, etc. Perform design calculations and preparation of design, detailed engineering and technical specifications for Mechanical works Coordinate with other trades namely, Electrical, Architectural, Structural, etc. Preferred candidate profile Graduate Engineering Degree in Mechanical engineering discipline. Min. 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a consulting firm with proven track record in major development projects. Hands-on with BIM Technologies, design calculations such as HVAC load calculations, duct & pipe sizing and pressure drop calculations Extensive hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit, ACC Platform, AutoCAD, Navisworks is essential. Experience in MEP Coordination & clash resolution. Conversant in international or Singapore codes and regulations will be advantageous. Good communication skills and a team player.
