BIM Modeler - Architectural / Facade Location: Cochin, Kerala, India Experience: 3+ years Qualification: Graduation / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical About the Role We are looking for BIM Modelers - Architectural / Facade with expertise in CAD-to-BIM model creation and LOD 400 development. The ideal candidates should have strong skills in 3D modeling, detailing, and coordination for facade systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop high-detail BIM models (LOD 400) for architectural and facade projects. Perform CAD-to-BIM model creation with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams for model coordination. Identify and resolve clashes, discrepancies, and design challenges. Maintain project documentation and ensure model accuracy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduation / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for architectural and facade projects. Strong expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows. Experience in LOD 400 development and CAD-to-BIM model creation. Good understanding of facade construction, materials, and detailing will be an added advantage. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
