Company Description Jalan & Associates is an architecture and interior design firm based in Guwahati. We are currently engaged in master planning for six railway stations across Assam. Additionally, we are designing a stadium in Badarpur. We are also designing a five-star hotel near the new Legislative Assembly in Guwahati and require a BIM specialist for this project. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler at Jalan & Associates located in Guwahati. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating architectural drawings, implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM), developing construction drawings, and managing submittals. Qualifications Architecture and Architectural Drawings skills Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) Experience in creating construction drawings and managing submittals Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders Knowledge of relevant software tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field Experience of working with PreDCR will preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,107.22 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Application Question(s): Please fill the form using the following link to help us reach you faster.
