Job Title: BIM Modeler Experience: Minimum 2-3 years Department: Architecture / MEP Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler with 23 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models that support design and construction processes, ensuring accurate and coordinated digital representations of projects. Role & responsibilities Develop 3D BIM models using ArchiCad (or other BIM software as applicable) based on architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and coordination. Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using tools like Navisworks. Maintain and update BIM models throughout the design and construction phases. Prepare drawings, details, and schedules extracted from BIM models. Ensure adherence to company and client BIM standards and protocols. Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to design solutions. Assist in developing BIM libraries and improving modelling workflows. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a BIM Modeler in architecture, interiors, or engineering domains. Proficient in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of ArchiCad, Navisworks, and other BIM tools is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and team collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience working on large scale projects. Knowledge of rendering tools or visualization techniques (e.g., Enscape, Lumion) is a plus.
