Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the development and management of BIM models across all design and construction disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP). Create, update, and maintain accurate 3D/4D models throughout the project lifecycle from concept through execution to handover. Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, company standards, and applicable codes. Facilitate clash detection and resolution using tools such as Navisworks or Solibri. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to manage model integration, updates, and version control. Prepare and manage BIM execution plans (BEP) and coordinate model deliverables in line with project timelines. Support quantity take-offs, 4D scheduling, and visual construction planning using BIM data. Work with design teams to ensure constructability and accuracy of BIM outputs. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams regarding BIM workflows, best practices, and software use. Maintain up-to-date records of models, drawings, revisions, and approvals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 10–12 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination, particularly in commercial real estate, high-rise, or mixed-use developments. Proficiency in Revit , Navisworks , AutoCAD , BIM 360 , and other relevant BIM platforms. Familiarity with international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and local building codes and practices. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, coordination processes, and interdisciplinary design challenges. Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders. Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and design intent accurately. Preferred Attributes: Experience in clash detection, model audits, and interdisciplinary coordination. Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE) and cloud-based collaboration tools. Working knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, or other computational design tools is a plus. Exposure to real estate development life cycle – from design to construction to facility handover. Ability to train and mentor junior BIM team members or consultants.
