Conserve provides wide range of services for green building and MEP solutions. Engineering design and support such as Architectural drawings, Structural drawings, MEP, BIM modeling, CAD services and 3D scanning. Sustainability such as LEED services, GSAS services, Energy services, CXA commissioning, Environmental services, Acoustical services, CEEQUAL consultancy services and BREEAM. Simulation and analysis such as Simulation engineering, Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, Computational fluid dynamics, detailed engineering services and Building envelope design and simulation. Thermal Imaging - Infrared Thermography SKILL: Effective communication in English. Deep understanding of fabrication principles for various MEP trades (e.g., ductwork, piping, electrical conduit/cable tray), including allowances for material thickness, insulation, and connections Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit for all aspects of 3D modeling, detailing, and drawing generation Strong ability to interpret and apply relevant industry codes and standards to ensure fabrication and spool drawings meet project specifications and constructability requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems using Revit MEP and AutoCAD Fabrication. Prepare and generate MEP spool drawings for prefabrication and field installation, ensuring constructible and fabrication-ready detailing. Develop comprehensive and accurate fabrication drawings for individual components and assemblies across diverse trades Prepare coordinated Revit models and develop project templates tailored to client requirements. Proactively identify and resolve complex modeling and detailing issues related to fabrication and spooling. Create fabrication-level detailing, including hangers, supports, sleeves, and clearance zones. Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage; work proactively to resolve model conflicts across trades. Use Smart Plant Spoolgen (or similar software) to produce isometric spool drawings specifically for AEC projects (not heavy piping) and ensure constructability of fabrication/spooling designs Guarantee that all spool drawings comply with project-specific requirements, client standards, and relevant industry codes Implement and track revisions to spool drawings efficiently, ensuring that the latest versions are always accessible to relevant stakeholders and that changes are clearly documented. Education & Experience Requirement: Should possess 2 years of dedicated experience in MEP fabrication spooling and BIM modeling for commercial or institutional AEC projects, preferably U.S.-based. Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD Fabrication, Navisworks Manage, and Smart Plant Spoolgen (or similar spooling software). Strong understanding of MEP fabrication workflows, prefabrication processes, and installation sequencing. Ability to edit and adjust drawings using AutoCAD as needed. Required experience working on US-based projects.
